The long-term priority of the Open Society Fund Prague is to promote a civil society, the cornerstone of a healthy modern state.
Since 1992 the OSF Prague has supported active international cooperation among countries of Central and Eastern Europe in order to strenghten the role of open society through exchanging experience and building long –term partnership in the East East Program. The Program helps Czech-based  NGOs to develop critical thinking, to participate in constructive dialogue and in national policy-making. Furthermore, the program helps organizations seek international contacts and cooperation.
