The Active Citizens Fund supported civil society and vulnerable groups. The programme was implemented as part of the EEA and Norway Grants; with a total budget of €15.25 million.

In the Czech Republic, it was managed in the period 2019–2024 by a Consortium consisting of Open Society Fund Prague (OSF Prague), Committee of Goodwill – Olga Havel Foundation and the Czech Scouting Institute. We supported 307 projects across all 14 regions of Czechia, allocating over €13.5 million (CZK 330 million).

A total of 297 organizations involved 2,560,989 people in civil society activities.
